yep, they're not that cheap - usually fried for special occasions

my in laws did a massive meal of guinea pigs when I was there a few weeks ago, and they were eating the gall bladders raw while they were preparing them - apparently they're good for you somehow.

I'm up for munching most stuff, but I couldn't handle that
