Our naive and narrow minded board should take a look at Southampton ..

From League One to established top end Premiership since 2009.

A succession of decent managers, an effective scouting network bringing consistently good signings from Italy and beyond, developing youngsters through to the first team and decent facilities.

Yes they have sold a lot of their heroes on but they appear no weaker and replace their signings with quality like Gabbiadini.

We are not a modern thinking club and appear to have gone backwards as a result of a lack of strategic vision.

Investment is needed for us to be a success ... sadly it's a necessity.
