Please do not ignore my very clear statement that:

"It may be that more people renewed early than last year to make absolutely sure they got the best price but that is a different thing"

I get that as of the 3rd of February the number of people who had returned their renewal form to Carrow Road may have been higher than on 3rd of February 2016 (although I find that hard to believe) but my point here is that overall renewals cannot possibly be up.
