get rid of.

I like Alex Neil, talks sense and seems a great guy, but I'm not sure we can continue to have someone learning on the job, when there is so much at stake. A more experienced manager would not keep making the mistakes he does, and on the technical side I don't think he's got it.

I'd move heaven and earth to get the Huddersfield manager in.
