I think there is always effort, apart from a certain Fulham game years ago.

I don't tend to worry about the players getting a bit upset with stick, if I f**k up I expect a bollocking and I'm sorry to keep losing to a lot of fans is f**king up especially to the likes of Burton and Rotherham. I don't think its productive during the game though. And very few players show loyalty like hucks did - most would be off if offered a better opportunity as would I in a short career. Most would say we have underperformed this season but how much is down to the team or manager I don't know. I thought playoffs at least.
