although that in itself should be enough. Its once again the manager trying to claim credit for anything good (I got manager of the month you know) whilst publically blaming his players whenever things go wrong. He dropped Wes whilst scrabbling around trying to find a team that could win a game, he did not "rest" him for 6 weeks with an eye on the Derby game.

I do not believe that sort of thing goes down well in the dressing room.

Re Wes/Pritchard it seems pretty obvious to me (others may disagree) that we should have been interchanging both in that number 10 role all season thus keeping Wes fresher and giving Pritchard more game time. they seem the sort of players that both have brilliant games at times and then the odd quieter one. I don't understand why Pritchard has not featured more as a sub for Wes around the 60/70 minute mark and in place of him when he's needed a rest.

There was also the Rotherham/Fulham games earlier this season where both played and we were beating Rotherham quite comfortably (until they got a latish goal) where he left Wes on until the 93rd minute then started him at Fulham the following Tuesday and he looked a bit tired and he dropped Pritchard after a great game on the saturday. I don't actually think he's managed Wes's workload as well as he could have done when he's had Pritchard available to share it all season.
