But just as we were poor the other week when we didn't freshen things up same can be said of derby.

Jim makes many valid points about the manager but does have blinkers when it comes to wes.

Few others would get away with the lack of discipline he showed Vs reading and I don't think attributing it to a dislike of the manager is an acceptable excuse when he is representing the club and fan base as a whole
