The thing that really impressed me about AN when he first arrived was his planning, how

he had a dossier on each player that the team were facing, how they were going to be set up to play. So all the players were prepared, and knew strengths and weaknesses of the opposition.

Do we still do this? It appears that we just try and put out a strong team regardless of the opposition, and not based on how they play.

It was obvious today that they have a lot of big strong players and our team was light weight.

I would persevere with AN if I thought it was going to pay off for the long term, and you could argue that to a degree that's why we kept with him despite relegation.

I can't see anything that indicates we are turning it around. Brentford were the worst team I've see at CR since Millwall and Blackpool.

Unfortunately, we are in a results business, and we aren't getting any. We have arguably one of the strongest squads in the league and should be doing a lot better.

We've been poor all season, and I'm afraid his best isn't good enough. Time for a change.
