Nobody wants that because fans want instant results. But the proper sensible thing to do would be to take a step back and remember AN's achievements at Hamilton and Norwich. Those achievements are not flukes

But it won't happen like that, just like previous managers at Norwich.

You'll all get your way though. In my opinion Norwich have got very lucky with managers instantly getting results. It's not normal and I don't believe recruitment of such managers is intentional either
