Pablo Mastroeni at Colorado Rapids results 2015. I make it 25 losses. Same manager this season made the second to last game in the play offs, and lost to Seattle (who are playing the final tonight)

How does someone who loses so many games turn it around and become very good at his job? He does because building a team is a process. So yes, I do believe everything I've said. Look at the history of managers before the 80's and 90's. Managers were in charge for 8 years at a time and went through 2 relegations and still had a job. Those managers also had huge success.

You aren't supposed to be promoted every season just because you think you should be. It doesn't work like that. Alex Neil isn't s**t at his job
