Two little mysteries to clear up at the AGM

1. Who was the other Director who was paid £90k last financial year and for what. Was it one of the Directors who joined in January in which case it would be for half a year?

2. What is the justification for issuing 200 new shares at £1 each with no premium when fans (including the supporters trust) have been told the price was £100 a share in previous financial years.

Two questions I hope that the board are asked.
