It's worrying that he only seems capable of picking one formation. We are so predictable to play against irrespective of Rotherham at home or Newcastle away tactics and formation will be the same.

Need to show he's not afraid to mix it up and that includes dropping his favourites I.e McGovern , Martin , tettey etc
