and statistically we had a very good defensive record after he took over we were gifting the opposition two or three really good chances in every game. You can just get away with it more often at this level.

Its strange because we don't tend to let them have lots and lots of good chances but the chances we allow the opposition to have are often absolute sitters and yet they still quite often manage to miss them.
