Proposition one: it turns out Ched was wrongfully convicted. Fresh evidence has convinced a jury of that. He has, therefore, been the victim of a miscarriage of justice. If you continue to dispute that then you obviously have a strange lexicon.

Proposition two: this is going to become a famous case. Sadly. In fact it already is.
