Quite simply, the place is a footballing Stonehenge. Upon walking in, down that corridor lined with photographs of the heroes of yesteryear, immediately 26% of your confidence is knocked. Holty destorying Town, Dave Phillips scissorkicking Palace to bits, Mark Robins redefining the very notion of the super sub at Highbury. Its almost as if their eyes follow you down to the Changing Suite and say "you're not fit, you're not fit, you're not fit to wear the training kit".
To put it bluntly, it spooks them and they take a wrong turn and end up in the groundstaff's quarters, where in their skinny jeans, snapbacks and blouses they are easy meat for the cold, brutal wit and humor of Norfolk's finest turf technicians. Another 23% of confidence lost.

The new lads just need a couple more weeks, the blinkers can come off and I'm sure we'll see them expressing themselves with aplomb.
