I was in a simialr situation a couple of years ago

saw a motorcyclist crash right into the side of some stupid t**t who ran a red light.

No one reacted of literally hundreds so I ran over to him and he was in convulsions, but then I realised I wasn't 100% sure what to even though I was fairly certain I should hold his head still. So I just opted to shout for help instead of potentially making things worse
