The problems with his leadership are

that the careerist Blairite MP's won't get behind him and sacrifice their own personal ambitions for the majority wish of the party that they are supposed to represent.

Where Corbyn has gone wrong, is that he should have sacked a few of them from the outside to show clearly that Labour has moved in a new direction (or, more precisely, gone back to its roots).
