We are already building 100,000 houses a year less than we need already and we are building all over our green spaces much to the disgust of many local communities.

If Osborne is to be believed staying in the EU will see our economy boom until at least 2030. The Eurozone could implode leading to many more in southern Europe trying their luck in the UK.

With the best will in the world its going to be decades before most of the less developed European economies get anywhere near ours.
