Home-made garlic butter

Melt one block salted butter in a pan, add as much garlic as you like and plenty of parsley, cook gently for a few minutes then pour into a bowl and leave it in the fridge till lightly set, then stick it on some clingfilm and roll it into a sausage shape. You can slice discs off it and a bit of that under the cheese goes nice'n'all.
