But it is also true that you need to sort the financial situation first, because if you are stuck with debt and financial restrictions it is very hard to sort out the football infrastructure. That needs resources. The most important thing we need to do now is greatly improve our international scouting/recruitment infrastructure (where is where the best value for money talent is to be found), which I believe we are actually trying to do. But it won't happen overnight (as with the results of our recent increased investment in the academy)
