Your claim re positives is just so, so far from my perception of the two campaigns
The In campaign has been relentlessly negative as far as I can see. it consists of essentially claiming its too risky for us to leave and trying to scare the hell out of voters by making false claims that they will lose money, have workers rights eroded etc.
