Well, with respect, that's even more disingenuous.

Those miscarriages of justice were examples where people were found guilty of offences that they weren't even present at. These weren't 'was sex consensual', these were 'was it him/her that raped and/or killed him/her/them.

I am talking specifically about the certainty of some (NOT his family/close circle) that he is innocent (the slag) when this is about the line between consensual and non-consensual sex and the difficulty in reaching a safe judgement.
