I do know that however unpleasant it seems, it has to be confronted .

Excuse my bluntness but your wifes mental health is at stake here. Bullying can lead to depression which can lead to worse.

It would help if the parents you speak about are prepared to sta?d up in court.

This woman's boss cannot ignore the problem once he/ she is made aware.

It won't be pleasant but you have to do something
