Buck stops with the manager in terms of results on the pitch

The more money argument is relevant. Other NCFC have been even more hamstrung with our lack of financial resources than Alex Neil has yet done better. Neil has the benefit of a club that is debt free and been in the been for 4 of the last 5 seasons. A much better and more stable position financially than say Worthington &Lambert had to deal with.

The manger is responsible for what goes on on the pitch otherwise what would be the point of having one? I bet if you asked Alex Neil what is remit was he would say it's to get the results on the pitch.
