and experienced failure at Burnely where has Neil's managerial career has been so short he's never experienced failure until now and he looks like a rabbit in the headlights quite frankly.

Lambert was a relative rookie but at least he had several years mans different experiences under his belt. Neil is a rookie even by rookie standards.
