agree totally - its the FA's problem and UEFA should keep out of it
still think a good compromise (if one is absolutely needed) would be for Everton to play Liverpool in a qualifying round. England then still CAN'T have more than 4 teams in the competition proper, Everton get a CL qualifier (all they thought they were ever entitled to) and Liverpool get to defend their trophy. FA fouled up though by announcing so early who was going to get the 4th CL place.
