v bad form changing the goalposts

we are not the first club to go through the play-offs, so surely the club should have taken lessons learned from other clubs? i know the flash to bang from winning the 2nd leg wasn't great but some forward planning must have been done right? Or, are they just being purely reactive simply in order to squeeze even more ???'s?
