That means you have been to 5 away games or have membership etc. or perhaps someone who has bought three tickets this season. They have all of that info on their database. No need to screw people out of ?20 and the tickets go to Norwich fans.

I suspect in response to the further criticism they will now say you need a purchase history but to be honest its either utterly shambolic or disgustingly money grabbing.
