Being fairly ignorant to the symptoms or how it feels

do you have any physical physio?

I've always assumed from the way it's been described to me, that recovery is almost a negotiation between you and your body. Not an anxiety as such, but a learning process to not give in and just lay in bed, but fight it with exercises/eye stabality stuff?
