Can a City Father pls recommend somewhere in England to go for 2-3 days

which has amusements for a 1 year old which cannot walk but prefers to crawl over everything and a wife who likes walks and swims and nature but also poking around antique shops and maybe a nice coffee and have a look for a dress, so shops are a plus.

My requirements don't matter (wifi, can of lager)

I'm thinking Centre Parks, dunno which one, never been but suspect they are badly s**t, no?
