Big Fella, we're on the same page. You're not reading what I've written... being...

Incompetent is not a criticism of Neil necessarily:

I've lived in Scotland, watched Scottish football week in week out...and seen many a transplant fail to make it in the English leagues. Its a different game, much like the scottish economy its out of pace with ROUK.

My aim id not to rubuke everything you say, some of it is very sensible. However, you need to understand that I am not at all being critical of Alex Neil, I think I made that very clear.

My grievance is with the club. As you have very rightly said, appointing Alex Neil was a gamble and I can see right through it. I wan't me club to succeed just like any other, but the fact we've put in the worst performance of the season yesterday tells me we're going backwards. We look naive, vulnerable, disjointed and uninspired. We are been shaken and blown. Mike Phelan left for a reason and thats probably because he doesnt believe in us.

That doesnt make Alex Neil s**t... as I think I've made clear in my OP; Its not his fault he was appointed. I would have took the job if they offered to me. To refuse it would be lacking in ambition and to refuse a dream. Thats the core of my post. Don't continue to blame Hughton, Adams and Neil. Something is wrong in the core of this club and its burning us from the feet up.

As I read on, I'm guessing you didnt read either of my posts:

"My concerns at present are much more with the structure of the club, and what our long term vision is. "

Again Alex Neil is not my concern, its much bigger than that. The vision being dictated to the club by its 'ruling elite'. The man is incompetent, along with his part time board. Maybe in a financial regard we can consider his worthwhile, but isnt football about being competitive? Your core fans will always be there, but sustain and maintain doesnt win anymore and it damn well doesnt do anything to keep those on the fence.
