I can't see how the music industry is in any way classist.

In terms of the arts/acting yes there has been a sudden wave of ex Eton/Harrow actors emerging onto the scene but that will be because those schools have drama/creative arts as a significant part of their curriculum/school life. Part of that is probably because they are boarding schools so have the time with the pupils to do it but if Bryant wants to focus on anything it should be upping the quality/amount of drama in the state system or which is available to kids after school.
