How a CEO cannot talk

to the Manager (Lambert) for two years is beyond me in a business environment. These are supposed to be professional grown men who can't sort their differences for the good of the business is just wrong. McNally hired him ffs. Knowing two or three people at the club I do think that the CEO is part of the problem now. Funny how the football wheel just keeps on turning.
