The board
Lambert leaving was all the boards fault, may have happened anyway but not letting him talk to villa when he had the clause in the contract and not paying the staying up bonus was asking for trouble and i cant blame him as a norwich fan i'd be f**ked off if that was me.
Hiring hughton was a mistake but cant really blame them as i thought he would work, not sacking him this time last year when losing at home to fulham.
Hiring the youth team manager was a big gamble and those last five games of premiership should have told the board he wasnt up to it.
Lying to the fans - we scoured europe, did you f**k, why would you search europe to hire the guy two offices down? Why would you search europe if you want someone who bleeds yellow and green?
Hiring him full time was such a complete f**k up, the board went for the cheap option a 'legend', someone who bleeds yellow and green and my god is it biting us in the arse. Did they not learn from gunn?
Yep the board are the really problem here, no ambition, no wise judgement, just f**k up after f**k up, financially we may be well run (but not for long if we dont get out of the league soon), but football management they havent a clue, look at swansea who came up behind us and have pushed on with a trophy (yes it is possible to win a trophy and stay up), or southampton (the s**t their board took when getting rid of adkins but now look at them, they made a really tough call, that our board darent because we are a nice club)
The feel good factor and hard work ethos that lambert brought to club is long dead and i cant see it coming back without wholesale changes if it ever does come back. This was the first season i didnt give one f**k about the f.a cup and to be fair was not surprised with the score. even after all the cup 'surprises' recently i still held out hope of a run until this season. Knocked out by league two and a league one club questions should be asked but our board just want a yes man. So depressing supporting us recently, seeing us go from what we had under lambert to this shower of s**t that dont even look like a team. I went into every game believing we could win, now the disappointment is a regular occurrence and the board have to do something but they are the problem.
And breath!
