Luds. Flecky was always in the Chinese opposite my house when I was a teenager, Putney a

few times. Duncan Forbes used to do the Golden ticket thing at the shop opposite and actually took the first photo of me with my first ever camera (in my garden), both Fashanus used to get their veggies at the veg place opposite (owned by friends) so knew them fairly well when I was a kid. Beckford in Hy's (my friend hilariously asked him "excuse me....ermm.....ermmm....is that Mark Robins over there?". Had to be there I suppose.

Saw Rosario and Sherwood competing for the same slapper at Henry's one evening. Also had a round bought for me and a friend by Mulryne once at Delaney's upstairs as they were closing and only the players were allowed to order (Notman, Mulryne, McVeigh and families were there).

Jon Newsome once kicked off a charity American Football game I played in between Norwich Devils and Nottingham Hoods. As he did so I stood on the sideline next to Ian Crook (dodgy leather jacket) and Ruel Fox.

On a manager note, Ken Brown used to often watch us train (whilst walking his dog) when the Norwich Devils were practicing in Thorpe. Or was it Hellesdon. One of those.

Christ. Probably loads more. One nice thing about Norwich City - the players have traditionally not been shy about going out and around town. My dad even helped Martin Peters move house once. I'm sure we have all met loads of them especially pre mega-money days.

Oh, and Paul McVeigh viewed my LinkedIn profile last week. Does that count ? LOL
