I like the Phelan appointment, but what do you do sack Adams and appoint Phelan, someone

who has never managed, how does that look to the players? does he have to go out and appoint a load more coaches and a head coach to replace himself in a role he actually never fulfilled. Do you sack Gary Holt, if this is the way forward its a joke, a complete joke.
