if phelan has been brought in to succeed adams

Do we really want phelan as manager? Just going from one guy with club links and little management experience to another. I know he was at man utd with fergie but being a good coach/assistant doesnt always work for manager. If adams goes rather have someone with championship experience or a track record of management success - someone more like warnock or someone doing well in league 1?
