To be honest if that means developing a consistent playing style over time in the way

Swansea have then i don;t have a problem with the concept. Sadly I think all it really means is "attack and play to win games" and whether or not you want to "play the Norwich way" it does not mean you appoint a novice manager who is out of his depth.

I find the fact that in our current plight there appears to have been more meaningful discussion of the contribution of an unpaid director than on the appointment and retention of the current manager rather depressing. he also appears to have managed to divert attention/pass the buck fully to the players which does not bode well if he is still here in January when the transfer window opens. We are already being softened up for the departure of Redmond and I think if Adams is still here in Jan others may want out.
