At this precise moment, based on the past few games (and a worrying tendency to go behind early in the games we actually won), and the points I made in my post earlier this morning, I don't think he is.

I guess if I was McNally I probably wouldn't sack him right now, but I'd be asking some questions about his shaping of the squad.
