I think the troubling thing is the feeling we're going to f**k up with a great squad.

I'd say it's the best squad in the league, better than last year in lots of ways. But you know if we fail to go straight back up, players will leave and quality will drop as we become assimilated to the league. And recent experience tells us to then expect a 5-10 year stay.

So there's a sense of urgency which is fuelling panic.
