Not really he had a formation that worked...4-5-1 with Lafferty coming in from the left

and Wes playing where he should. All of a sudden he changes formation because Jerome starts banging them in and he tries to accommodate Grabban and Jerome and subsequently puts Wes in a position he's not suited to.
Some of the problem for me is that he has too many players who believe they are nailed on starters.
