The trick to working out fat calories

is that you take the amount in grams and times it by nine. So if something has 8g of fat - it's 72 calories.

This meal has 56(!) grams of fat so that's just over 500 calories of pure fat in a meal (with a drink) that comes in just over 1000 calories.
