I'm still not really sure where Howson is best

He's generally been pretty underwhelming when played in the Wes role other than he did have a good couple of games when he had Tettey and Fer behind him in the prem.

I'm not 100% sure he is best in the fully advanced midfield role because i think one of his biggest strengths is bursting forward from deep and making late runs into the box. I actually thought he got stronger and started to do that more as the game went on on Saturday perhaps getting back some of his match sharpness. I think maybe therefore he is best deployed as one of the 2 in a 4-2-3-1 but as the one of the two who is given licence to bomb forward.
