Johnson in CM and Russell Martin at RB are our major weak links

I know Johnson is popular with nearly everyone at the club and he started the season well but from what I've seen v Cardiff and Birmingham he still gives the ball away far too often and it could prove very costly soon. O'Neil is a better player and Vadis might be. We have alternatives, let's use them.
