There have been different reasons every time really

Cardiff - we were absolutely s**t
Brentford - opposition all over us like a tramp on chips
Birmingham - we were a bit cocky/naive

Which I suppose shows that we actually managed to deal with different issues very well and resolve them all in the second half.
