IMO, I would avoid the smaller companies
genarally they don't have the backhaul services to cope and therefore your BB will clog up at peak times.
Most people on here will say avoid BT yet (I know I work for Openreach) I used to be a BB engineer and there were less issues with BT than most other providers.
Sky are good I think esp if you have their Telly
I wouldn't use Talk Talk although I know people who do and have had virtually no issues
There are some great offers on at the moment as well if you use Quidco or a similar company
