We have been waiting for the new cinema complex to be build similar to riverside Norwich.
Housing prices have dropped and Council tax has been upped.

Yarmouth shopping centre is now empty with buildings standing empty for years as rates and rent are stupidly high.it is full of book makers charity shops and coffee shops! No major shops are attracted to yarmouth why? People by pass yarmouth and shop on industrial estates and Norwich.

Money gets put into the devolopment of the sea front, which doesn't really effect locals.

New roads in and out of the town have been promised for years but never happened.
