WTF?

By Prem standards we ARE a small club. Area and support and whatnot is bollocks - its about money. We don't have a foreign billionaire ploughing in his own millions so our budget is small by Prem standards and would almost certainly still be if we stayed in this league for 10 years. Look at clubs like Sunderland, Villa and Stoke - they've been here longer than us, have much bigger support in two cases, and had owners chucking in their millions by the bucketfall and yet here they STILL are with a dull, comfortable mid-table finish being the most they can realistically expect (and they rarely achieve that).

Stop trying to live in the 80s. If you have a gripe about the situation fair enough - it obviously does suck a bit - but the target of your ire should be football itself not the club.
