Yep this is where I am. My bigger concern is I like to be able to trust

the people within the club to get it right, rather than myself proclaim this person or that person will be brilliant / a disaster. Like how the f**k would I actually know??

And that said trust needs a little bolstering in that respect, at the moment, it's fair to say...
