McClaren was a disaster at Forest, did brilliantly at Derby, that ginger t**t at Birmingham did s**t at Villa and s**t at Forest.
Billy Davies did s**t at Forest 2nd time round.
It's not ALL down to the manager. You either have good signings and good players, or you don't. You either have luck or you don't.
Lambert is suddenly a useless manager at Villa. Nobody looks at the bigger picture. Adams could be s**t, he could be great, but we JUST DON'T KNOW.
